David Gusewelle is an associate at MurphyWasinger concentrating his practice in the areas of litigation, real estate, banking and commercial finance, creditor`s rights and business law. He represents a wide range of business and individual clients. David joined MurphyWasinger L.C. in 2006.
David earned a B.S. magna cum laude,in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2005, where he served as Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment Law & Practice. His note, "Typosquatters, the Tactical Fight Being Waged by Corporations and Congress` Attempt to Fight Back in the Criminal Arena" was published in the Winter, 2004 edition.
